This may be the wrong place.But i do believe Chemists have a undisclosed policy of making you wait in there shops for your prescription to be ready.You have to sit or stand next's to people coughing sniffing and all other forums of lurgi.This of course pass it on to you who then become ill and need the Chemists again.I had to pick up a prescription for the wife over the weekend and now i have a cold and i am sure i caught it of the woman in the Chemists coughing and sniffing stood next to me.Come on how long dose it take to get a box of tablets of the shelf 3 mins tops no i had to wait nearly 25 min to get my wife's prescription.
So i think chemists have a Conspiracy to make us ill for there own gains.

My chemist is a car ride away from the house, so i just wait as there is nothing of any interest near bye unless i wish to look in the bridal shop next door.But while i was waiting a local smack head comes in for his methadone did they make him wait No.They just cant wait to get him out the shop.

My Local chemist was taken over by BOOTS . I have to pick up a prescription every month for my son and every month they know what is required and every monthe I have to wait up to 30 min for it and every month they get it wrong.

ask if they offer the facility of collecting prescriptions (repeat ones) from your doctors for you then all you do is pick up presc from chemist = no wait.

if you dont need the presc there and then go back for it in a bit.

It's probably also to get you to see the non medicine stuff on sale.
What bugs me is-how come they dispense 30 tablets every month?.Don't they know some months require 31 tablets?

Small local Chemist. Regular prescription. Hand it in, chat to his staff(his wife), get prescription, leave.

Local co-op chemists - they order my repeat prescription from the Dr's one week before I run out and, when its ready, phone me up to come and collect it (they would also deliver but I need the exercise). I'm rarely in the shop more than 2 minutes (I dont even have to wait to pay as I use a pre-payment certificate).

my chemist collects my prescriptions for me. i tell them on tuesday i want them, i collect on friday no messing.
they usually give me a months supply of pills at a time but this time they gave me about 6 months worth.
i'm gonna have to start selling them to kids

Most Chemists are now owned by foreigner!!!!!!!!!!!

~~~~ all that, there are more chemists opening in most towns then the kebab takeaway.

Most of the medications are from China, India, and Russia and the medication will not kill the know germs let along the unknown.

And they are charging the NHS and the govt full amount and making ??????????????
