folk all around me are getting or have had Tax Rebates, i have never ever had one, my entire life.

You need to go on the HMRC website.. fill out a form.. collect all relevant documents IE Payslips..
TBH its more trouble than its worth.. they could end up saying you OWE them money..
And i dont get why you have to prove to them with payslips etc when they have computers with this info. You have to prove they owe you money but they dont have to prove you owe them.ich bin stolz ein deutscher zu sein.
