paypal claim... advise needed

ive recently made a purchase from ebay
once the payment was made the sellers account was closed by ebay
after going through paypal the supplier has sent me the item
it hasnt arrived yet but the tracking number says its been in dublin and is on route to the customer ie me
it was caught by customs and they sent me a bill stated alarm set
there nothing to say he sent me a dud

i have until the 26/10/2011 to either close the dispute or either
escalate it to a claim
i wonder does this include tomorrow or is today the last day

i think il escalate it this evening to a claim incase ive dodgy goods
or ive nothing in the box only aeroboard

Yes, I'd certainly escalate it before its too late, it'll still take some time for ebay/paypal to faff about emailing the seller, so if the item does eventually turn up you can always close the claim..

best way you can always cancel IF and when it turns up

but you cannot reopen a closed case

Being a ticking clock the customs may have impounded the box with CIA, MI6, Scotland Yard, etc, getting robot to open the box with explosive.

I doubted you will get the item in one piece???????
