signed up with talktalk broadband =phone after two wks no broadband tried to fix it through tech talk no joy problem was i was connected wireless and they could not connect to the router sugested i move computer to phone plug or move phone to computer and then connect with cable they provided with the position of both computer and phone thats why i went wireless after many phone calls and no broadband called it a day and canceled phoned the number i was given first time they hung up 2 time said system was down 3 time said it was a global problem 4 time i told them i was stopping direct debit and will send a recorded letter ending contract what a shambles never again back with my previous service had to get off my chest

Sore point here in Ireland,Talk Talk. They just pulled out with the loss of 100's of jobs at little or no notice.

Talk talk are a complete bunch of to**ers.
I had them in my other home and they messed me about pretty bad. It wasn't just the service it was the inconsistancy with which they quoted details.
And then don't get me going about the over inflated bills.... Countless hours talking to overseas support staff who didn't have a clue....
Your best bet is to get it all in writing. The phone is pretty much useless.Comment

Next door neighbor was constantly on the phone to them over problems, Turns out somehow they where even charging him for the calls to talk talk themself!

You can write to them, that you have broken the contract that I will receive the service in my contract reasonable and if this service is not working in the next 7 days I will have no other option but to cancel the contract when it is not working.
Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!
