    30 quid to change supplier

As the title shows I changed supplier from Scotch Power to E.D.F.
and my final bill shows a charge for 30 quid for leaving.

    I'm on the phone tomorrow.

Just remember that the majority of that site is a forum & not a reliable source of information.

Just like here on DK, anyone can post & not that many will really know what they're talking about.

When I was shopping around E.D.F. had the best tie in tariffs, I think the goalposts have moved since.

I switched to Ebico a few years ago and didn't save a penny, if anything they cost me more! I've reverted back to Scottish Gas.

TARIFFS-these will change dependant upon which part of the country you are in.

one company may be the cheapest in the north east, but the same company could be the dearest in scotland.

unfortunatly what you have to do is gather quotes, check unit rates, and primary and secondry unit thresholds.

and do not get roped in by one of these fly by night solar panal companys.

My insurance company wanted a ?30 cancellation fee for cancelling policy,so i went to my bank, stopped the direct debit and they can go f@@k themselves if they think they are getting another penny from me.
