    Bonfire night need legal advice please

    I have plenty of wood to burn and I need a legal advice???.

    At what time is the legal time to start the real fire on 5th November?

      12:01 Technically it is the 5th. But most people wait till darkness.

              Damm - just like to add for months had a big plie of crap - but have been ill - and off line - last 24 hours - otherwise yes same plan - wait till dark then torch it all.
