i'm sure i heard the judge faces losing his job.
The fact it is in the news, everyone as high up as it goes has probably heard, sadly.

I didn't watch the video but i dont condone hitting children to that extent, disabled or not, as a kid i was always threatened with being hit with a belt and that was always enough. I dont 'do' hitting children at all be it a skelp on the bum etc. But i do get why some feel the need to disipline their kids.

My form of punishment is tickling for my kids, i think thats far more amusing than hitting

thought someone would have the knowledge to help me lobby someone, or to send the video to a higher authourity. timescale is irrevelant, 7 years, weeks, days , seconds whatever.

this man and his wife need bringing to book.

the higher authority already knows and have decided to do nothing about it

This is outside of the time in which you can bring a case against the person.
I posted it to bring attention to it and the more it is posted the more the net will pick up on it to expose the person more.

Nothing wrong with punishing a child but beating a child like that is plain wrong. Thing is does beating a child like that instal discipline i dont know i dont have kids but i know its wrong to beat a child. For me grounding the child or taking away toys pocket money etc would be far more effective punishment.
