It makes no difference if you're poor or rich. You either don't know what it means, or you choose to look the other way.
as I remember it, the use of the poppy to remember the fallen came about after WW1. A rather bloody battlefield became a sea of poppies after the war ended. It was such a sight that it was adopted to represent those that died.
I'm also under the impression that it not only represents UK soldiers, but all those that have fallen in battle.
As to the rest of your comments, I think I'm going to ignore them. You have to be under the influence of drugs.Canker
