What is your favourite word/words?

Bit of a random question, but after reading the most used words list in the news section, thought it would be a fun one.

I love learning and 'collecting' new words or phrases so what is your favourite word or phrase? Doesn't have to be your most used.

Mine are lackadaisical, facetious and haneck (an ayrshire word basically just a way of saying haha i.e Hanek you fell )

if they are words just used in your area please tell me what they mean too

thx for your opinion meaty, dk is definately a good site which i peruse regularly but i am also a member on several other forums in which i have input at regular intervals.

i used the analogy given as a way of explaining the meaning of sycophant,nothing more, nothing less,

i take it from your reply that you take umbridge at either my analogy, or view what i said as a reference to certain members.that was not the case.

some people are obviously emotionally closed to new viewpoints or vista's but should attempt to extend their myopic scope and accept they can sometimes be people who challenge that perspective without rancour or an agenda.

by the way when checking the foo foo valves i sometimes find that the jiggling pins have also come out of allignment.
