    PPPay.com ?

    Does anyone use PPPay.com?

Had loads of problems with PayPal recently and been searching the net and found this. Just signed up for it.

Was just wondering if people have any experience with it?

Find it easy to get payments from credit/debit cards etc?

    Thanks,
    Lee

They've been limiting my account then unfreezing it nearly every week; and when they limit it, it automatically opens two disputes for my latest transaction and because I can't prove it's been delivered and can only prove it's been posted they refund the buyer the money and tell me I'll have to claim off royal mail. So the buyer gets the product and the goods.

They also suspend me off eBay when they limit my account and due to this my fees get reversed so eBay owe me ?100 nearly.

I've got a friend whos a solicitor involved and considering taking them to court, as they have no reason for doing this. The person on the phone never answers the question when I ask.

You will be wasting your time going through to court as they will stick to the rules that you signed the declaration when joined paypal account in Denmark and not in UK.

Complaint your matter, to Financial Ombudsman Service as soon as possible and I will guarantee you, they will get all the info they need to start getting your money back, and it?s all free.

Yeah I know, but my solicitor mate said he will help me for free, and it's only ?19 for the small claims court....just frustration more than anything
