There was a news bulletin on just last week explaining that there is now an ear light you can use. Apparently there are light receptors in the ear canal that are just as efficient at picking up the light frequency. Saves annoying those around you.

Surely you would want a Happy Light not a sad one
Exercise usually works for me but forcing myself to get up and do the exercise is the problem.Try and get yourself in to a routine and stick to it.I currently do weight training monday wednesday and friday.Nothing major stuff i can do at home with cheap weights(Allthough i have outgrown them now and am looking for a gym )Once you form a Habbit of sticking to the routine you will find yourself looking forward to the day's you train and the exercise will put you in a good frame of mind and in an overall healthier position. Its not everyones cup of tea but it works for me .
Hope its works out what ever route you take keep us updated
