    Meatie if it was a music system that was creating the noise then the council can remove it if measures are not taken to reduce the noise under the abaitment order.

          If you report it to the Environment Protection - Noise Pollution - Environmental Protection UK

          They'll send out the Noise Pollution team and will caution or fine the people.

          They have more power than the police with regards to this and can actually cease the animal..

            Generaly under tenancy agreements, you are allowed to keep 1 pet, unless it is a high rise block of flats. You can compain to the local authority on the grounds of noise pollution, but it is all relevant.

            If the noise is extremely loud noise for a short period they will do nothing. If it is just one Cockerel, I really doubt anything will happen as it is nature and he will say it is good for the environment.

            I know the problems animals can cause as my neighbour keeps Honey Bees, and they are an absolute pain in the summer but there is nothing I can do - or the council.
