hi my car was hit on sat in glasgow as it is we didnt get the reg number only know it was black car ,driver didnt stop , any way im the named driver on the car its my wifes and she is in new zealand just now 4 6 weeks,will i b able to make a claim and do u think ill have to pay out. the money for the damage cause the guy/woman wasnt caught.

I'd start off by reporting the incident to the police if you haven't already done so. -
Police first,if CCTV in the area , they'll check. I think you should be covered with a police report though.
Is there an uninsured drivers fund in the Uk ? Basically you claim from that fund,as we do in Ireland.
If you do, look into that.

What I meant was this.It's called the Motor Insurers Board of Ireland.All insurance companies have to contribute to it every year.
If you get whopped by a pikey for example,who will probably not have insurance,you can report it,and start proceedings to claim.
Yes,if you have any pikey friends,and yer stuck for a few shekels,get them to ram yer jalopy,claim,and divvy up between ye !!(Bicycles not included in the plan either !!)Aaahh ! I love the smell of Eeprom in the morning...
