mp3 downloads ? best site to use

what is the best site to use for free mp3 downloads .

i have had things like bear share , shareeza , and limwire .

limewire was the best but it never works now and i think you have to pay for it now .

does anyone know a easy to use free site to use to download songs .

and also a site that doesnt slow your computer down

any help and advice would be great

every time i load it up it doesnt load in all it does is search

nothing comes up on the screen

my connection ion the bottom left of the screen just says you are connecting . and that limewire has found a firewall .

it never does a search and gets anything

Then it's most prob the built in one with windows. you could disable it when downlooading by going into control panel windows firewall and disable it there. Though it's not recommended

what windows you using?
you've probably got windows firewall.
control panel>security centre>manage security settings for firewall
exceptions tab, add limewire as an exception
