    Newbie needs help

    I tried to get help a few days ago and was very grateful for the replies i received, the problem i have is that i am an absolute novice with no previous knowledge of how to download etc, my d digital box went off in dec and i want to get it back on. Probably an easy task for most of this sites members but not for me, is anyone up for the challenge in helping me please. I really need the simpletons guide.

      Today's report is black and white.The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
      The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.
