    OK, own up....

Well its that time of year again, when we all stuff our fat faces, and drink ourselves stupid ( apart from gmb and zap, who do it on a daily basis ) , Now please post your New Years Resolution.

will it be to stop smoking ?
will it be to lose weight ?
will it be cutting back on the drink ?

i have 2, first one is to lose weight by cutting back on the drink and eating more healthy

second one is to spend more efficiently, next year i will be having a good think before i spend, its gonna be a tight year so need to hold on to your money more tightly...

    THE TRUTH
    The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

I remember 3 years ago , New Years Eve, had my last cigarette so that one worked.

I just hope this time cutting back on the booze and lose some weight , and spending more wisely. I have the best wife in the world to help me

if i can lose 2 stone i would be over the moon

what weight were you before the big loss ?

i cant afford to lose 6 stone m8 or i would be 9 stone 6, and would be too thin

Think im to old to start thinking about losing weight.
They say you are what you eat but i play golf three times a week and badminton twice a week yet i still put weight on so im not conpromising anymore.
I said last year i would do more on the house and i did that and more so kept my promise.
