Best thing about 2011?

Bit soppy but.....the birth of my little girl (oddly enough on my birthday!)

A good year for lesiure time, due to short time working, but after near losing a workmate with a sudden illness, it made me realise, even though money's been tight, if you can manage, it's not everything.
Spent most of the Autumn walking the Northern Lake district, bloody lovely !

What was the best thing to happen throughout 2011 for you?

At the time going to spain for a few days in january with someone I was very very close to, with hindsight not so clever tho as you cannot ever buy back time.

My mother died a few days after I came back back

On the whole I can categorically list it as the worst of my life.

But it's another year now and no point on dwelling on things, So onwards and upwards.

Happy New Year for 2012.

im pleased to see the arse end of 2011 to be honest,but it never matters how badly done to you think you are,you never have to look very far at all to realise that in fact your really quite lucky.Ive still got my incredible wife jane whos main aim in life seems to be to get on my frigging tits at every given opportunity but love me to bits at the same time,and ive got two healthy grandbairns that are a constant source of utter amazement to me.Come on 2012 and lets see what youve got,whatever it is,we will beat it.All the very best to you all...

Too many bad things have happened and I hope 2012 will be better.

I had a good year and turned great to the end of it
