Cheers for the info, im with scottish hydro but dont qualify as i aint receiving income support even though i do get tax credits, have a child under 5 and am on a low income. sucks really cause i could do with some help as my wage is only ?63.00 per week.

Mate, i do the same. infact the fockers pay me .. next time you change provider and name.. go through quidco.. that way you get paid its well funny when they send letters for mr tumble

were with EON ive filled in the form so now its wait and see,,im in the same boat as shady so looks as though none of the *****s will pay unless youre getting more than 1 of the listed benefits

Those on Pension Credit get paid automatically, if you have been on benefit since October (Jobseekers/ESA etc) and receive Child Tax Credit then you should be entitled but you must apply to your Energy supplier.
