Ok, so mortgage has been approved!! So well happy, however its been about 12 years since I last had one, so I have a couple of questions that I would appreciate some answers!!
1) I am going with a conveyancer for the legal stuff, but when do they require their money, is it up front or on day of completion.
2) When is the first mortgage payment date, is it the day I move in or the month after?
Any help would be appreciated!!
