    Solicitor/Conveyancer and Online or Offline

    Just thought I would ask peoples opinions of using either a solicitor or conveyancer for my house purchase?

    And also whether to use online or offline ones? I have asked local solicitors and cheapest quote was ?864, but online cheapest was ?590....

    Has anyone had any experience of online ones?

      I did mine on line using a Company caled Conveyancing Direct. Cheap as chips and no probs. Thoroughly recommend it.

              Buying house is a very big gamble and I wouldn?t recommend any one trying to save few hundreds only to regret later when things go wrong??
