          They came to collect money, and what?s all about the warrants?

          I would have thought they were going to say we are going to take every item from house and put them in auction!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                this is the prequel to above video

                [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vzI98Qd03Jg&feature=plcp&context=C32247d9U DOEgsToPDskK-X935MzSk5BPWOWMl_BjW]Bailiffs Take Notice - YouTube[/ame]

                and this was the first visit of the day

                [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zC4NsU1Eems&feature=plcp&context=C3207f2aU DOEgsToPDskJPpVj6s5Jbe5FHjSwks6yN]Bailiff Willing To Learn? - YouTube[/ame]

                apparently this is the outcome:

                In case you get bored, we can tell you the piece of paper they returned with was not a warrant, but a fraudulent attempt to gain entry..

                It is our understanding that, to date, no lawful warrant or true bill has appeared.

                It is our understanding that the peaceful inhabitant featured in this clip has an agreement to pay in full on receipt of a TRUE BILL and a copy of a lawful contract.

                It is our understanding that in order to be lawful a TRUE BILL must be signed by the issuing party; in this case Torbay (Borough) Council.

                Have you ever seen a lawfully signed TRUE BILL for Council Tax?

                A lawful signed warrant has yet to appear. It is our understanding that there is no conflict here.

                      interesting concept regarding bills and income tax i have seen a few similar cases on things in the past be intresting to know how they pan out long term

                      strictly speaking nobody has ever signed a contract to pay income tax council tax vat whatever we are just born and assume it as the norm because everyone does it

                      is there a law that says we must pay income tax?? do we need to agree to pay 20% income tax??

                        Watched all the vids,how does it end? how do we find the conclusion? or will there be a choice of endings.
                        It would have been good to see it videod from the outside to see what the police were saying.
                        If they had been getting a benifit that included an element for council tax what has happened to that money?to take that it must be wrong not use it to pay the tax.
                        I don't like paying my council tax and its over ?2200 for a 4 bed house and likely to increase this year,I would have been better off paying the Poll tax.

                          Watching the video seem to be a bit like the Freeman on the land
