    Urgent! Have you been to Rome ?

    Ok folks need a little advice re:Airport transfers ? Have you been to Rome and is so how did you go about your Airport transfer ? If you pre booked can you please post the company name if it went well for you!

      Second link states that there's a rail link from airport to city.
      It's 26 years since we were there so our company (Irish) has probably gone bust by now but it was Joe Ryan Travel and I get no link to it when googled.

          Taxi from Airport to City in March 2011 was 55 YoYo
          Recall a train for about 12 YoYo.
          You can then buy a 3 day pass for about 10-15 YoYo that covers city underground journeys

                                                      hire a car at the airport and drive there yourself ,just watch out for the nutters on scooters gives you the freedom to go where you want when you want .
