thank you all for your lovely messages. i know some people dont think it is a big deal in this day and age. what with living together and kids etc. ive been there done it all before but david hasnt. i know his family prob wont even send a card but my lot will and i will let him open them. already had a few lovely cards. i know we are older at 46 and 45 but its the right thing to do for the both of us.

no sure when wedding will be. we both spoke of going to florida in sept 2016 as thats half way between our 50ths and davids wee girl (lives in england tho) will be 11 by then and will just love disney. it will take us yrs to save for a holiday like that.
