anyone pay child support?

so my ex is robbing me blind at the moment

and she is asking for more, i will quite happily pay for my child but the money i give her isnt going on my son. i see her out every weekend and always wearing new clothes. driving my car and going on many holidays without him.

when he is with me, i buy him new clothes and have taken him away twice in the last year.

ive decided to pay maintenence in to a new account. set up in his name which was advised by my solicitor.

has anyone else had this issue with an ex not doing the right thing?

I have had mate with similar issues. They were paying for thier child(s) through a mutual agreement. They ended up setting up accounts like you have but some also let the CSA sort it and ended up paying less than they were through thier agreement
