i saw the story about the 13 year old boy who fathered a child with a 15 year old girl. all i can say is he must have been pissed at the time because shes a minger.... yea yea i know bad taste, but the whole thing is bad taste. 1 why was he not charged with rape? 2 why was she not charged with having sex with a minor? 3 why is nobody up in arms about this? if i was the girls father i would wring his neck, and if i was the boys father i would wring his neck as well. so this is another case of dumbing down a crime what next i ask myself !!! how far down do we go before we say enough and take responsibility for our actions !!

the media doesn't help things by paying the parents for exclusive rights to the story, now there's another 2 or 3 kids also claiming to be the father, seems every boy and his dog will jump on the bandwagon for some media attention

Both sets of parents should be utterly ashamed of themselves.

They allowed the boy to sleep over at the girlfriends house, he even had a second set of school clothes stored at the girls place.

The girl has ruined her life but the boy will probably get bored and wander off to pastures new.

The wee lad doesn't look as if he stands up to pi$$ yet, it wouldn't surprise me if one of the others claiming to be the kids dad was indeed the father, no real newspaper headlines for just a run of the mill tenage pregnancy....but for a kid that looks as if he is 7 or 8 then it makes headlines.

Either way the parents should be ashamed...its not always right to blame the parents for kids behavior especially if they didnt know what he was up to but to allow it to happen if totally different.

cant just blame parents but i like jaffa dont think he is the dad he doesnt look old enough to be firing more than tatty water and i will be very surprised if he is the dad,dont know where he should be charged with rape comes from as in the first post they were both consenting and under age its not as if he was a 30 year old grooming her

parents do have to take some respnsiblity and if it were mine it would have got her to have an abortion but they cant be held solely to blame it is something that has always gone on but in years gone by it brought shame to familys and was hushed up,its as if this lot are proud of the fact they are young parents
