Why do some members animated gifs (in avatars) work but mine don't

Yes...its an animated gif...I tried 2 or 3 others as well but they don't work either...

the original skull was 12kb...Neon lady is 27kb...both work on my PC but don't on this site...however the skull you showed and others from that site appear to...so its gotta be a prob with those gifs...thanks anyway...
