The most disturbing aspect is the issue of attack on helpless individuals and how in a civilized nation that these are common place...and the police and the judiciary do not have adequate powers to lock-up repeat offenders.

oh yes, you need to talk on the phone while driving.....now THATS a serious offence.

the stocks where very good, leave em locked in the stocks for 24 hours BEFORE going jail
