my understanding from the pepipoo fightbackforums forums is that you only need to touch the phone with one finger to be charged with using the phone. Most phones are now multi functional devices and using the actual phone side of things is just one of the many things the device can do. There is a well mentioned case on the above forum where a guy used one finger to switch off his alarm tone and was seen and charged with using a mobile phone whilst driving. The facts are that the police no longer practise common sense policing its all about getting the performance up and that means more tickets and fines for us joe bloggs' es.

Law is not any more of helping the innocents rather then turning the blind eye on criminal?s and police are only concentrating how to prosecute the motorist.

I will give you a simple example, if my dog will shit on the payments I will get done under the dog Act if I refuse to clean, but if a police horse shit on the payments or on the road you will never see them cleaning the shit and who is going to arrest them?

I think there should be a complete overhaul of our legal system?.

Here in M/C something happened, somebody dropped a box of screws or something, on a strip in a sealed box, in the guter and the fuzz shut the ENTIRE city, for WEEKS afterwards was the fuzz tape from where it was left
