Agree that it should be legalised subject to strict area controls and health checks. Amsterdam and Hamburg are perfect examples of how to properly regulate red light areas. The cities are still very popular (for more than the red light districts). It would also be much safer for the prostitutes rather than having to ply their trade up some back alley - if you excuse the pun that would be ?10 extra!
