Cycle Carrier

Ive just been given a Paddy Hopkirk cycle carrier and could do with some instructions as there's straps here there and everywhere, is there any members familiar with this product or know where I can find a fitting guide, thanks.

the bike rack ya mean? for the back of a car? if so its pretty much 2 straps up 2 down 2 left and 2 right and tightened

and watch out when reversing.
