after getting a bit sick of virgin i had a look at what sky could offer me,got a decent deal off them and they even offered to waive the line rental fee for 12 months.so i phoned virgin to see what they could do and the conversation went like this:
me..i can get the same services as you provide for ?30.25 a month then ?42.95 after 6 months

so after a bit of a heated debate about his attitude i asked to speak to his manager who i was informed "was not there and would call back",he never called back and there is no-one at the disconnection service today,so just waiting for tomorrow to give them a call and get it ripped out.
wouldnt be so bad but we have been with them for the best part of 15 years and they treat you like crap.

if you have proof of the price you were offered then its there obligation to gie it to you at that price you should ring them an say your taking the matter up with the regulator if they don't
