The reason Virgin say that there is no chance you will get the same services for less is because they know Sky broadband is shite. Therefore by default you wont get the same service!

I wouldnt bother with Sky, think about it, for you to tell a lie to VM you were obviously told by Sky a HUGE lie that they can offer the same service as VM which they could never possibly do and i'm sure VM reps get pee'd off with customers saying sky can offer the same. I went to sky, lasted 3 days and got them to come and rip it all back out, what a load of crap compared to vm. (my opinion)

For BB you cant beat VM.
Weve tried Sky, BT & others for BB and they have all turned out to be crap.
Contacted sky, the other day to see if thinhgs have improved, the best speed they could offer was 4.8Mb.
Atm, I am getting between 38 to 50Mb with VM.

As with all provisers, the customer services are getting more & more CRAP but if its BB youre after, VM is best.
