Police ban veiled women from entering France

Yay or nay? I dunno, wearing veils or being religious doesn't enter into my worldview... but on the other hand neither does stopping people from doing shit you don't agree with. I can sort of see both sides of this argument. Thoughts?

French law bans people from wearing Islamic face-covering veils anywhere in public, thats the law, people dont want to abide by the law get punished (not in the UK) and their punishment was being sent back to where they came from !

It's their countries and their laws so good on them. If Muslim countries make it compulsory for our women to wear them then I'd agree with that also. If you don't like it get enough support and vote in someone who allows it.
