Enjoy the forum mate, don't become obsessed with post count and rep, you don't need 4 green bars to post something good.
Keep in mind that a lot of members have been here for a long time and have earned a good rep or post count.
If you dont know much then it doesn't really matter, post on subjects that you do know about in maybe the general section..
