can anyome help had black and white cctv cameras on a four channel dvr everything works fine .now just got a colour night vision camera the problem is when it is changing to black and white at night i am getting loss of video on dvr and same in morning when it starts going back colour thanks.

Simple a cheap cctv camera will turn black colour at night and go colour again in the day time, unless you buy an expensive camera your problem will remain.

How can it lose video again in morning? You say it had already lost video the previous evening going from colour to b&w?? It cant lose video thats already gone, as its not there to lose..Comment

sorry didnt explain ,when it changes from colour to black and white the screen goes blue saying loss of video then goes back untill it is dark outside then the picture stays on nightvision but every now and then u get loss of video. in the morning its the same when going from black and white to colour apart from once in colour u dont get any video loss only at night thanks.Comment
