all free. to be implemented as of may 1st.
if you're an existing customer they can't charge you anymore as it would be violation of contract.
they can't charge you extra for a service they are supplying that you didn't ask for

yes a cat and a shoe box will get your free channels. unfortunately, these channels will be 24-7 lenny henry
you must sacrifice the cat (virgin one) to guarantee us a good crop next season

back to the point lads its not free upgade they r putting the rate up by ?2 pound on there 2mb package then upgrade to 10mb so it said in a letter today frm virmin media

I too received a letter from Virgin telling me about the upgrade. They did say that if you received your bill by mail there would be a charge of ?1.25, but you could avoid this by signing upto online billing. There was no mention of a price increase.

They upgraded mine a month ago, I rang them to complain about the price and something else, when they finished boring me about how its in my price plan to go up after a period of time and i felt like I was getting dicked by them the the said 'is there anything else we can do for you?' I immediately said that my broadband was crap at 2mb and that sometimes its slower than dialup. They just said oh we will upgrade that for you, here you it s now 10mb. I thought great they aren't so crap after all, then to find out a few days after that they are doing it for all 2mb customers..

Naturally my wife still thinks that i got us an upgrade in our services as compensation for the price hike.

Thing is when all said and done, VM are the same as any other big company, they'll try and screw there customers 4 everything they can get away with.

And you never ever get something for nothing.
