    paypal negative balance issue

    hi all,

    im having problems with paypal. my paypal balance is negative -?17.

    however the money has been taken from my bank account already and the sellers on ebay have been paid.
    my payment status for the 2 transactions has been on "processing" for 10 days now and in the payment status glossary on paypal's website there is no reference to a payment status "processing".

    im unable to now buy from ebay until i pay paypal the ?17 which i dont think i should as my bank account has already paid..
    anyone any idea as to what is going on???

      You can't use the account as it shows you still owe them.
      Usually 3-5 working days for money from bank to paypal.

          make sure you are not answering a spam email,i got a few of them and reported them,when you do a transaction did you see a page which says payment has been authorized and print page for your records.

              i really don't know how u went over
              u just cant
              when paying for something it will tell u u need x amount from another source to pay the full amount as u do not have enough in ur paypal etc...

              have a word with paypal is the best bet
              use the online chat free and easy
