Would like to add the words "Buyer Protection" means sod all.

I have an email that says something like, not excat word for word

"If you contact us over this matter again, you will not receive a response and we will scream and scream untill we are sick"

        Well something along them lines.

if u send some1 money through the send money tab u can send it 2 different ways
1 business way (in which case u will be charge for the transaction)
2 personnel (this is high lighted as a gift or personel payment owed and will not be charged for the transaction)
also the paypal to paypal is an instant transaction
all moneys into the account are charged at 3.4%
so if ur like me and do a bit of ebaying u will be charged the total amount of money into the account (sold & P+P)

Agree with meat-head, "buyer protection" means nothing.

if stuff goes wrong on a PP transaction it takes them forever to release money while its "investigated" or "pending".

never call the "help" line to resolve anything, its over priced and you get through to a numpty

if you are selling on ebay and use paypal to get paid, the ****ers wont let you withdraw your money for a few weeks incase there is any complaint from the buyer.

think it only applies to new users..

To add to the info from cod3wax sending money as a gift is only free if you use a confirmed bank account, this often does not show as withdrawn from your account for a couple of days, if you use your switch/debit card or any other card you will be charged for sending money as a gift.
