i knew a woman years ago in usa who had a huge ranch, and what they do is turn bullocks into "steers" dont know if thats how you spell it, but anyway, so what they to is put a big rubber band around the bulls boys, then whip em off so if she has 2000 head of cattle thats 4000 nuts thats a lot of meat. so they said fcuk it lets have a nut feast, so they have then all over cattle country, and they cook them all different ways, interesting hmmm? not really load of bollocks i think
