Is it a power brick thing only?

What does it have written on, it should be easy enough to find a replacement.

Aparantly transformer is 240 output and 12~22va. Now that means ~~~~ all to me . Tried googling that. Loads came up but im none the wiser .

12v 22va means you need a 12 volt 2 amp one of which there are loads on ebay or anywhere but you need to match the plug on the tree end. If you are struggling post some pictures.

If it says "va" then normally it means it is an AC supply. Post a pic of the label.

The other solution, if you know someone who can use a soldering iron (maybe your sisters boyfriend), is to transfer the original tip to the new adapter.

Lainie take your broken transformer into maplins the electrical store and they will sort it out. there's one at stn Enoch square Glasgow and one at forge retail park parkhead Glasgow.
