Anyone have the ear of DVb Monkey

I know asking for help is what this forum is designed for and to exchange views freely like a true democracy is our aim and as the forum allows the advertising of DVB monkey dreambox recievers who no doubt support the forum .
Can anyone help me get my reciever back from Blackburn /China where it was returned faulty which they acknowledged however i sent it to Blackburn/china in January and have not recieved it back yet.
I have contacted them about 50 times so I inquire in desperation and also to let other members know what to expect if they purchase from DVB MONKEY .

This forum DOES NOT allow, nor has it ever allowed, the advertising of DVB Monkey or any other trader/shop (except the forum sponsors who only have the icon at the right of the forum). If you had searched before buying, you would have seen loads of threads on the subject of late arrivals, waiting 4 weeks for delivery, not replying to emails or answering phones, etc. etc.

DVB Monkey should be avoided at all costs!

I agree Devilfish. They should be avoided completely.

I ordered a box from them back in November. After 3-4 weeks it eventually arrived, faulty tuner. I mistakenly sent the whole box back to their Blackburn "agents" (instead of just replacing the tuner myself).

It was sent to them mid December.

I'm still waiting for a replacement. I've had a couple of tickets updated with a "Sorry, mixup, box being sent next week" type posts, but that's it.

Looks like theyve progressed on from bad customer service to just stealing money.

Buy from somewhere *much* more reputable, even if it costs a little more. It's worth it.
