Tonight, came home and went next door and told them to put kettle on.. (after unteing them).. Drank my coffee and locked them in the pantry and left..

Came back to my house and started to watch my favourite soap on the history channel (hitlers henchmen)..

Fell asleep and forgot to make dinner.,. woke up and went on ~~~~hub for a few minutes.. just making dinner.. then beer

Had an emergency call out, was under impression the way the Telex came through was a problem with
a swam of bees, but no down to issue with wireless central heating

fixed it, made two ithers look foolush

Today, iwoke up and sat up in bed and didnt feel any good.. i planned my route to the toilet.. made it there and thrown up.. went and got dressed and back downstairs and felt sick again.. sorted that and left the house at 08:07.. i met up with a coleague and did some safety checks on him and decided no this isnt for me.. so went home and decided to work from home.. off i went back to bed with laptop and workphone..

stayed in bed all day.. had a few sleeps.. surprisingly i watched heartbeat and emmerdale farm???

Tonight ive already fell asleep again.. think im poorly..
