    tips for the national- post here

    we all know its usually pot luck but heres mine- rambling minster, a good m8 of mine gave it me and hes quiet clued up with the horses. im putting on the price of 12 cans of stella thats a serious gamble.

                          state of play and rambling minster have never fallen just seen it on telly so a good jumper is half the battle in that race

                                                          Aintree races is poo, prefer Chester.

                                                          I work nights, When Aintree's on I get woke up by Michael 1 (police chopper) escorting private helicopters to the races.
