help innocent guy

hello guys,

yesterday i apeal to everyone if some one can help me to tune hotbird on my reciver. i can tune other channels but i am not sure what's wrong to tune hotbirds sat.
i have reciver star-x mini HD . if someone can help me in this regards will be higly appriciated. i am waiting for reply.

i would have asked if he has a sky dish pointing to 28.2,or another dish pointing to 13.0 as if its not pointing to it 0 channels will be found.

thanks for reply, i would like to explain to me briefly and simply because i have no much idea about this all.
but if you kindly quickly can tell me how i can tune it.
1. i go click menu
2. dish setting it display satellites
3. i will slect 13.0 E hotbird 6,7a, 8 or what ?
when i scan it not working no channels display

If its motorized and set up right you just select the sat and push the button but i guessing its static so you will need to move it by hand.Go to dishpointer.com put in your address and select 13E .It will give the long and lat, elevation,azimuth and lnb skew..................
