    When will my luck change?

I seem to be going through a rough patch with everything going wrong. I thought it was only meant to happen in three's....

Car was sluggish, later in the day I discovered a tyre was flat. Couldn't inflate it high enough, so changed the wheel at the roadside.
Set off.... 'Brake Pad' warning came up on display.

Next morning the spare I'd fitted was flat.

My phone battery died, permanently. Had to get a replacement.

Had to get new disks & pads for the car. Got first wheel off & stripped, only to find out they had given me the wrong pads. Put it all back together so I could go & get them changed.
Not in stock, had to go back 2 hours later.

During this 2 hour break I replaced the steering idler arm as it was moving in directions it shouldn't.

Went back & got the correct pads. But they didn't include the sensors. I now have to buy new sensors.

Went to get two new tyres fitted. Planned to switch rear to front so new tyres on rear (rear wheel drive). Took off a rear wheel only to find it's down to the markers on the inner tread to centre.
I now need two more tyres.

Rear wheel bearing still needs changing & stripped the downpipe/cat again due to it blowing from the manafold connection...it's the fourth time I've done this in as many months.

My watch strap snapped, again. Replaced a broken pin & hoping it doesn't snap again.

Finished my christmas shopping, but now have a mountain of things to wrap. Remembered the paper...forgot the tags.

Even my dog is showing sympathy now.

if it wasnt for bad luck you would have none,
burn the car, cant drive it anyways if your drunk all over christmas(suggestion). Dont need a phone over christmas, only get drunk relatives wanting free taxi service, Bin the watch as who needs to know the time if you are drunk and on holidays, that way you only have to worry about the presents. now cheer up and give us a big friday face

I don't drink, but it's very tempting to take it back up as a regular hobby.
I'm a gadget freak & need my toys.

She can't throw me out of my own home, but she can lock me out of hers. Having seperate pads does have it's benefits.

It is a decent car. Punctures can happen to anyone, brakes are general wear & tear. The exhaust is my dads fault, he clobbered it on speed bumps on an RAF base. It's just the fact that it happened all at once & the chew of it all.

I've just pissed my pants since monday came to an end. Having to do lots of washing & I think I have nappy rash. But I can clear a queue at the checkouts real quick

Lainie, I'm sending the bad luck cloud in Jedwards direction. With any luck it will reach them on christmas eve.

I sent my bad luck to Jedward, you should do the same. Maybe a claim in the botched surgery. Once upon a time, alternators were easy to change, not anymore.

I don't deal with AI devices... they scare me. But I once saw a Nokia 7110 call numbers from the phone book without being touched.

You might be right, things have settled down a bit. Just one blip on the radar since then.
