jacques cider

anyone tried this jacques cider. i had seen peeps drink it in lloyds in glasgow a few weeks ago and thought it was wine. (i hate wine) then i saw it in asda and bought a couple. got one cooling for 2moro for a wee aperitif before a wee day out with the girlies tomorrow.

i dont mind a few bottles of it but only tried the red one, cant remember the flavour, it was nice but a bit sickly

My missus used to drink K cider 8.4%, a nice drink but you were a complete wreck and drooling in the corner by 9 o'clock.

i wouldnt drink it all night and prob wont get it in the pub im going to tomorrow anyway but it will do to start me off. not that often that i say im going out to get pizzled

my god i drank that when i was 18. went to the pub with 2 pals on a sunday night - 3 half pints of cider and blackcurrent please barman. spent about ?2 each (was a few years ago now ) and we were pizzled - still made my work on the monday though

didnt need to ask for it as they knew us - we went every sunday . sickened myself with the stuff and ive hardly drank cider since and it wasnt quite the 50s mid 80s
