    02 bills up 3.2%

    Hi,
    Did anyone know that 02 are putting bills up by 3.2% at the end of feb or something.

    I wasnt told of this?? i only found out because i went on my online account last night.. somewhere on the online billing bit??

    Also cheeky fuds.. i phoned them up to question it.. seems the ****s owe me money from an account i closed in 2010..

    Oh btw mr kalipo.. we owe you money..

      Along with everything else m8,it was like virgins free bb upgrade.That was totally free apart from the 2 increases on my bill in last 8 months.................

              Don't know why anyone bothers with them. Plenty of better deals available from 3 or giff gaff or tesco- and the latter two use the O2 network.

                      It's a disgrace considering their 3g network is diabolical. My brother is on it and how many times he asks to use my wifi hotspot on my iphone is unreal ( 3 )

                              The 3 network will not be charging extra for the new 4g networks when they are initiated later this year. This is worth bearing in mind for anyone who wants the super fast mobile data.
