    Goldfish

My poor wee goldfish is all sad and lonely after his wee pal of 3 years died this morning. I'm thinking of popping into the pet shop and getting him another wee pal but will he take to him and resent him. Are goldfish territorial, Anybody know.

        Hi

We used to keep goldfish when the kids were young , we had no problems adding fish into the tank , just make sure you acclimatize them first , at least until one of our catfish turned carnivorous.

          .
sad, and such a short life for a goldfish too.
as long as they are the same sort of goldfish, I doubt you will have problems.
putting a "common" in with a "comet" might end up with the comet getting its fins nipped though.
Comets are the ones with long flowing fins and tail.

          , I'm sure that's only for invertebrates.
