2 litres of spirit soaking on some JD woodchips

day 1 and day 3

got to bring this up again now dufric is back

after that batch got drunk,i made some more before i went awol
and this is what it turned out at


63% about 1.5Ltrs il water it down to 40% with 0.862Ltrs of water then il have 2.362Ltrs
of homemade jack daniels yum yum yum
also at least i know i can get sh*t faced on this and wake up without a hangover or bad guts

If you can light it at room temperature then is a go,else no go...
