I would take jordigirl's advice & take it to the store to get it exchanged. I really do feel for you because the service you're receiving is disgusting especially when you have taken the whatever happens plan out. Also steer clear of Curry's PC World as their customer service is pathetic.

This is true.. i poke to sly and they offered me 12 month card share for ?20..

I didnt take them up on the offer at the time because version media wjere giving away rom10 cards with all the channels for free..

Might try surgeon next week.... mrs could do with a facelift...

When i purchased my new mrs in 2011.. i was offered a warrenty from the nightclub...

I told him i was a DK member and hadnt downloaded anything.. he laughed and told me its sold as seen??

Now im not sure if im Dk credit rating will allow me a warrenty??

If the TV has an LCD screen you might want to interrogate those that clean the house.

I'd expect someone has used a damp cloth on the screen. LCD's can only be cleaned with a dry cloth, anything damp will cause shadowing & watermarks.

We use the screen wipes made for pc screens on ours 1 a week then dry dust the rest of the time
